It contains 30% more protein than ordinary wheat, minerals, B vitamins and vitamin E. Its antioxidant properties are due to a high content of selenium.

Spelled is an ancient crop and is considered the ancestor of wheat. In contrast, sorghum contains much more valuable substances and is tolerable even for sensitive people. Few farmers grow this relatively difficult crop, due to the low yields for cultivating the species.

Contains: Vitamin B1, manganese, copper, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iron and dietary fiber. It is a valuable source of protein, mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins - PP (B3), folic acid, pantothenic acid (B5), B6, selenium and potassium.
