White mustard oil is obtained by cold pressing the ripe mustard seeds (Brassica alba; Sinapis alba). The oil is purified by ultra-fine filtration through 0.3 µm filters and bottled immediately afterwards. The production cycle from seed crushing to bottling is done in small batches within one working day. This guarantees the shortest exposure to atmospheric oxygen and minimal oxidation of the product. All processes are carried out in a room with limited access to sunlight and controlled humidity.
