Ghee (from Sanskrit: Ghṛta) is a type of clear oil originating from ancient India. Ghee oil is often used in Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine, as well as in traditional medicine and a number of religious rituals. Ghee contains less milk protein than regular butter and can completely replace it when cooked.
Ghee "Gopal Prasad" has a golden-amber color, sweet aroma of walnuts and divine taste! Purified ghee oil gently enriches perceptions and gives off heat. Prepared with pure love, humility and devotion, it has a beneficial effect on both the macro and fine levels.
How does it work?
Ghee oil is obtained by melting ordinary oil. Butter is divided into liquid fats and milk proteins. Once separated, the milk proteins are removed, the Ghee oil contains less lactose than ordinary butter.
Health benefits of Ghee:
1. Lactose
Due to the specificity of the preparation of GHI oil, it is suitable for use by people with lactose intolerance. However, be sure to consult a specialist before trying it.
2. It does not spoil easily
GHI oil does not need to be stored in a refrigerator or other specific conditions. According to some sources, GHI can last up to 100 years.
3. Promotes flexibility
According to research by the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, GHI oil helps maintain connective tissue and promotes flexibility. This is why many people who practice yoga consume this type of oil.
4. Rich in vitamins
GHI is rich in healthy, fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, D, E and K. These vitamins are extremely important for bone, brain and immune system health.
5. Useful for digestion
Ghee oil converts fiber into butyric acid, which promotes the work of intestinal bacteria. It also helps increase appetite.
6. Cooking
Ghee oil is an important part of Ayurvedic cuisine as a refined oil. Used for cooking, frying, baking and stewing. In Ayurveda, cooking spices are first prepared in melted Gui oil and then added to sauces or Dahl dishes to give it a typical taste.
