The well-known white flour in a more useful bio variant - whole wheat flour from wheat. It has a traditional taste and rich in fiber.
Wheat is a basic wheat-cereal crop used to make bread. For the production of wholemeal flour, all parts of the grain that are ground or ground are used and therefore the flour is darker in color.
Our Bulgarian organic wheat is grown in ecologically clean areas.
Recommended use: Whole wheat flour from wheat can be used in all pasta products.
