Method of use:
Homemade mayonnaise/sauce recipe:

Required products: 3 tbsp. pea protein, 1 raw yolk, 1-2 tbsp. ground nuts, celery/lemon juice to taste.

Method of preparation: all products are mixed and stirred well. The thickness depends on the method of application. Salads, cereals, etc. are flavored.

Protein Shake Recipe:
Required products: 1 tbsp. raw cocoa, 1 tbsp. raw carob, 2-3 tbsp. pea protein, ½ banana, 3-4 fresh dates, pinch of Ceylon cinnamon, ginger to taste, nut milk or water.

Method of preparation: the dates are peeled and pitted. All ingredients are ground in a blender with an amount of liquid to taste.

Protein bread recipe:
Required products: 1 tsp. almond or gluten-free flour, ½ tsp. pea protein, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. celery juice, 1 tsp. full-fat yogurt, 2-3 eggs, 1 tbsp. Apple vinegar.

Method of preparation: mix the dry ingredients well. The rest are added to them: celery juice, yogurt, eggs and vinegar, and mix well. The mixture is poured into a loaf pan and baked in a moderate oven with a fan.
