Our raw materials come only from manufacturers who are able to meet our strict requirements. All Vivani products and ingredients are biologically grown and certified. The quality varieties are of the highest quality and are used in the optimum proportion of the mixture. The varnish we use, for example, is genuine vanilla from Bourbon. It has intentionally excluded lecithin, especially soy lecithin . No genetically modified ingredients are used. Each type of chocolate has its own complicated recipe.
