For our use wholemeal rye specially selected variety that we grow our own fields near. Stambolovo. The flour is ground on a stone grinder thanks to which the grain is preserved all the vitamins, enzymes, minerals and fiber that make the flour completely natural and zdravoslovno. Our wholemeal flour contains all parts of the grain - endosperm, germ and shell proportions in which they are destined nature, and all the vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients contained in them. Nothing is removed or added.
