 To get white flour with fluffy texture, we use one-grain spelled, which we cultivate ourselves on our levels in the Danube Plain. We grind a whole-wheat flour on a stone mill and we cut through it with the finest sieve all the bran, and the result is a white flour with a characteristic slightly yellowish color.

Our stone mill grinds the spelled slowly, without heating it, preserving as much as possible all the useful ingredients. When grinding the grain of a stone mill, it comes in contact only with natural materials - the stones that are made of the same elements as the soil. In this process the grain once again contacts the substances and minerals from which it is fed to grow.
