6 onions
1 cup rice
100g green beans
garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
preparation:
Peel onions and six trim covers. Carved interior of each onion.
Chop finely carved piece of onion and then saute in olive oil and Mlaka water. Add the rice, chopped cooked green beans and spices. Put the water and leave it on the stove to cook the rice (leave the rice slightly crunchy zashtotogotveneto will continue in the oven).
Fill six onions with cooked rice. Sandwiching them with their lids, wrap them in foil and bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes of fan to the full readiness of onion.
Serve warm onion loadings.
