Directions for use:
1. Water extraction
Place a few pieces of Chaga in a container of water and soak for 4-5 hours. Then the pieces are shredded or crushed, the water heated to 40-50C (1: 5) added to the water in which the sponge was and stays for 2 days in a cool and dark place. The whole quantity is sieved through a sieve or several layers of gauze and water is added to the original volume. The quantity is stored for up to 4 days in a cool place or in a cooler. Consume 200 ml. before eating (three times a day) for one month, then discontinued for 10 days and the cycle repeated.
2. 100 g chopped Chaga is soaked in 500 ml. water for two weeks in a dark and cool place by periodically stirring. Take one teaspoon diluted in 30 ml. warm water heated to 40-50C three times a day before a meal for two weeks. It interrupts for two weeks and the cycle repeats.
3. Place a crushed or grated Chaga in a ratio of 1: 5 in water, warmed to 50 ° C for a period of 2-4 hours. The amount is taken in several equal doses per day.
