Salep (Orchis mascula) is a perennial herb with stems up to 50–60 centimeters tall, green at the base and purple at the top. The root system consists of two tubers, rounded or elliptical. The leaves, grouped at the base of the stem, are oblong-lanceolate, pale green, sometimes with brown-purple spots.

Method of preparation:

Hot drink:
The contents of the package are divided into two equal parts. Add one portion to 100 ml. warm fresh or nut milk. It is drunk in 3 equal parts during the day before meals.

Infuser:
1 tsp diluted in cold water and poured with 500 ml of boiling water. Let it soak for about 10 minutes, then take 1 coffee cup three times a day.
