INGREDIENTS
2 cups blueberries
2 cups strawberries
1 ripe banana
2 cups yogurt
2 cups ice cubes
PREPARATION
Put fruit and yogurt in a blender and blend at medium / high speed until only a few small pieces.
Add ice cubes and blend until it reaches the consistency you desire.
Pour into suitable containers and enjoy!
Note: You can substitute yogurt with almond or experiment according to your taste and mood ☺
