Necessary products:
200 gr. Spinach
150 g. Quinoa
200 gr. Mushrooms
Two green onions
100 g. Oil / possible home /
pepper and salt
parsley
Method of preparation:
Fry onion in butter, then add the spinach and mushrooms and stew them until turn aside water are released.
Add the quinoa and two cups of water (quinoa must be maceration).
Once we boil add the parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Boil for 10-15 minutes.
For the dressing is appropriate lemon juice.
Serve cold as an appetizer or as a side dish to grilled fish and meat.
