Noodles are one of the pastries that in the past were often prepared at home. The barks were rolled thinly and dried in the yard, on large pieces of cloth stretched in the sun. Stored in envelopes, they were a durable food product at any time of the year.
Apart from being cooked, the noodles are wonderful and baked in the oven. It is prepared with eggs and milk and has a pleasant taste and a very light texture.
Ingredients
200 g Noodles
1 liter of fresh milk
3 pcs. Eggs
200 g Sugar
Method of preparation

Turn the oven to 250 degrees. Grease a pan and pour the noodles into it. Stir periodically.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until white. Add the milk.

When the noodles are slightly browned, pour the mixture and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
