Creamy pasta with spinach - it looks and great taste.
ingredients:
for pasta
200 g penne pasta (about 2 cups pasta, uncooked)
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
for the sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon Italian herb mix (basil, oregano, razmarin, cilantro, thyme, savory, shredded dried red pepper)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
¼ cup Mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon salt
200 g chopped spinach or about 2 cups
½ teaspoon chili - red hot pepper flakes (optional and if you eat hot)
Method of preparation:
In a large pot boil water, add salt and masloto.Sled you add the pasta.
Prepare pasta according to manufacturer's instructions (about 10 minutes).
Strain the pasta and set aside.
Heat the oil over medium heat and add the flour, stirring for one minute.
Add basil, Italian herb mix, pepper and chili pepper and stir for another minute.
While stirring slowly add cream making sure that no lumps.
Then, as boil mix and cream are added to the milk, and then was allowed to boil again.
Add spinach as mix well and leave to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Turn off the heat and add mozzarella cheese and stir again.
Pour the sauce over the pasta, serve and enjoy.
