Products:
350 g chicken fillet
300 g fresh salad mix for the season
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sprig of rosemary, or 1 tbsp. dried
2tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, black and red pepper
Instructions:
The first step in preparing this salad is to cut the meat into flakes, if you use bon fillet - cut it in half lengthwise.
Then, heat a grill or grill pan on high heat. Put the flakes on the grill and bake for about 2-3 minutes on the side. Transfer the meat to a bowl and add the soy sauce, oregano and / or rosemary, some of the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover with foil and leave for at least 20-25 minutes
Season the salad mix with a dressing of lemon juice and olive oil and arrange the marinated chicken flakes on a plate. You can use lettuce, arugula, green onions, grated carrots, radicchio, spinach…
Add thin slices of cucumber or radish as a decoration.
