Method of preparation: 1 op. is enough for 1 kg of flour
Mix 700g of white flour and 300g of spelled flour, sourdough, together with 2 op. dry yeast and 2 tsp. sol. Add 750ml of water and mix for 5 minutes. Cover the dough and leave it warm for 60 minutes. Stir again and divide into two parts in greased baking tins. Set aside for 30 minutes. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 60 minutes, together with a bowl of water. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
