150ml Organic Rye Yeast Liquid
For an easy and quick preparation of bread with a soft and typically sour taste.
One package of 150 ml is enough for 1 kg of flour.
Preparation: Mix 500 g of rye flour and 500 g of white flour; Mix half of the combined flour together with the sourdough, 2 packets of dry yeast, 2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. sugar. Add 750ml of water and stir until smooth. Add the liquid yeast and mix well again. Gradually, add the remaining flour while kneading. Cover the dough and leave it warm for about 60 minutes. Then, knead the dough well. You can divide it into two parts by leaving it in greased baking tins for another 30 minutes. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 60 minutes, together with a bowl of water. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
