Hemp flour contains all the essential proteins needed by the body to build strong and healthy cells. It is therefore suitable for the recovery of the body after exercise.
Peeled seeds contained in this meal are an excellent source of fatty acids such as omega-3 and omega-6. Hemp flour contains all the essential amino acids. Hemp is very strong and fast-growing herb with pointed leaves. It is one of the oldest and "hardy" plants with the ability to grow in places with poor soil nutrients in most climates and altitudes above 3000 m above sea level.

Can be sprinkled on yogurt or oatmeal can be added to juices, shakes or smoothies.
