Organic agave inulin 250g

Agave inulin is extracted from the blue agave plant (Agave Tequilana Weber), acts as a natural prebiotic and selective nutrient medium for a certain number of beneficial bacteria for the colon (bifidobacteria and lactobacilli). As its growth is stimulated, it is able to alter the microflora of the colon reaching a potentially healthier population. It helps improve the digestive system and regulate blood cholesterol levels.

Agave inulin also increases the bioavailability and absorption of calcium and magnesium, which has a beneficial effect on the bone system. Ideal for use as an ingredient in fiber-enriched food products.

How to use: 5g daily dissolved in water, juice, smoothies or sprinkled on food.
