Mint is a genus of perennial herbaceous plants of the family Ustotsvetni. It is distributed mainly in the northern temperate zone.

Make a decoction of 2 teaspoons of stalks in 250 ml. boiling water. The finished drink is overcooked and drunk unsweetened within 1 day.
