When the fruits of pepper ripen, the outer shell is removed to give white pepper. The aroma and taste are weaker, so I preferred to pepper. In cooking are applied where not to spoil the outside light color of the dish or the taste should not be sharp, acrid. Usually it can replace all instances of black pepper.
