Bergamot has a slightly bitter citrus flavor that is best known for its use in Earl Gray tea. It also pairs well with many dishes – which is why Belberry uses fresh, pureed bergamot to make this special vinegar.

Ingredients: vinegar (69%), bergamot puree (EU)(30%), powdered sugar (sugar, glucose syrup), thickener: modified starch, xanthan. Once opened, refrigerate. Shake well before use.
