    The presence of fiber from barley and oats has a beneficial effect on the digestive system;
    Folic acid promotes proper blood production, synthesis of amino acids, and the immune system. Folic acid is involved in cell division and contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, as well as assisting the metabolism of homocysteine;
    Iron is important in the process of cell division and production of hemoglobin; contributes to proper transport of oxygen in the body, and maintains the proper functioning of the immune system.
    Riboflavin maintains proper functioning of the nervous system, vision, iron uptake and energy metabolism;

    Selenium promotes the proper functioning of the immune system and the thyroid gland, contributes to healthy hair and nails;
    Chromium normally maintains blood sugar levels and contributes to the maintenance of nutritional macro-components in the body;
    Zinc maintains acid-base balance, carbohydrate metabolism, participates in cell division and assists in the proper functioning of the immune system, maintains healthy bones, hair, skin and nails;
    Phosphorus helps the mucous membranes to function properly, and keeps the bones and teeth healthy, as well as contributing to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism.
    Molybdenum contributes to maintaining the metabolism of sulfuric amino acids.

PREPARATION: One sachet three times a day, preferably 30 minutes before each main meal. Place the sachet in a glass and pour fresh boiled water (not boiling water) with a temperature of about 80 degrees Celsius. Steam for 5 to 10 minutes. HOW TO PREPARE COLD DRINK: Place two sachets in a bottle of 0.5l. mineral water, Allow to soak for about 1 hour. During the summer months, before squeezing the sachets, drain 1/4 lemon in the liquid.

PACKAGING: Pack of 120 sachets of 2.5g, factory sealed. The inner packaging is made of cotton and buckwheat flakes with a leather bottom. It can be used to store bulgur, rice, beans and more. . Do not wash with hot water above 80 ° C. After washing the textile packaging, it loses its properties due to the destruction of tannins from the high temperature.
