Preparation: Put one filter bag of VIRAMIN ME in a glass and pour freshly boiled water (no boiling water).
The temperature should be about 100 degrees Celsius.
Boil for 5 to 10 minutes.

How to prepare a cold drink: Put two filter bags in a bottle of mineral water (0.5l) .Cry them for about 1 hour. In the summer months, before squeezing sachets, drain 1/4 lemon in the liquid.
