Why vacuum?
Withdrawing air and reducing food contact with oxygen is the best possible method for storing fresh or dried food. Vacuum compaction significantly extends the shelf life of food - up to 4 times longer! Food stays fresh longer when sealed in an oxygen-free environment. You can store almost any food, including fresh and cooked meat, fruits and vegetables, dehydrated foods, cheese, pasta, rice, crackers, nuts, tea and more. By sealing various valuables, jewelry or other items in a plastic bag, we protect them from moisture, dust or unwanted contact with the air.

Automatic operation
Unlike other vacuum cleaners, which require you to lock the hinges on both sides to activate the vacuum, the Vidia vacuum cleaner has an integrated servo motor that automatically opens and closes the lid. Just press the Seal or Vacuum Seal button and the separator automatically closes the lid, draws air, seals the envelope and opens the lid when everything is ready. You can choose the setting for lighter vacuuming for more tender and tender ingredients, as well as the setting for wet / wet products, such as meat or other juicy foods.

Integrated scale
With the integrated scale on the vacuum cover, you weigh exactly what you are sealing. You can write this information on the envelope or measure the exact amount you will need when cooking. The scale has a large digital display, which eliminates the need to purchase an additional kitchen scale. It includes a tare measurement function that automatically subtracts the weight of each container, allowing you to measure only the ingredients net, regardless of the size or weight of the bowl used.

The set includes
The Vidia vacuum cleaner is available with a vacuum starting kit. With it you can start working immediately. It includes 5 vacuum bags, ready to be sealed, as well as a roll of vacuum foil, which you can cut to your desired size. Just cut out the size you want, seal one end, fill the envelope and vacuum the other end. An accessory vacuum hose is also included, which can be attached to envelopes with a flap, bottles or containers to remove air from them. (Note: You may need to use another hose adapter depending on the brand of container or container).

Attention: the appliance only works with corrugated rolls and envelopes.
