The dried tomatoes we offer are made from carefully selected, well-ripened Roma tomatoes, cut in half and dried without further treatment with chemicals and preservatives to obtain a red to reddish-brown color and a soft, elastic texture. We offer you natural dried tomatoes without colorants, flavors, preservatives and artificial flavors.

We recommend that you pre-soak the amount of dried tomatoes needed for your recipe in cold or lukewarm water for a few minutes and then add it to your dish. You can chop the soaked tomatoes by hand or in a food processor to make a delicious pizza paste or red pesto base. Or just add to a plain salad or an appetizer of mozzarella and basil.

Storage
In a dry and ventilated place, preferably in a closed envelope or box.
