It took more than 3 years to create the new Sana model. The goal of Sana Supreme is to combine the best features of horizontal and vertical juicers in a new design. Sana Supreme combines the quality, compact design of a vertical juicer with the flexibility and functionality of a horizontal juicer.
The superb Sana Supreme not only performs better than any other juicer (gives more and better juice), but also looks different and elegant at the same time on the kitchen counter. The sloping cylindrical shape is compact, and the contrasting chrome accent strip gives it a modern and clean look. In combination with the pointed lines of the stainless steel pulp container, this is a device that you will not want to store in the cupboard.
No costs have been saved in the design and manufacture of the Sana 727. Only the best materials have been used in its construction.

More juice in continuous operation!

If you want to make large amounts of juice - for example at home, in a restaurant or a fresh bar - with the Sana Juicer 727 this is now possible. This model is equipped with a brushless industrial engine, it can run 24 hours without interruption, producing liters of freshly squeezed juice. Although lightweight, the new type of engine is powerful, economical and very durable. The manufacturer provides a 10-year warranty on the engine.

New extraction system

The juice chamber has been redesigned with a new pulp disposal system. A rotating blade was added to the tip of the auger, just behind the drum cap, to obtain complete squeezing of the juice before discarding the pulp. The strainers in the Sana 727 are two - again one with small holes for thick and smooth juice and the second with larger holes for juice with particles of the products. What is new about the strainers is that they are reinforced and have a pre-filter again made of stainless steel for perfect hygiene. The thick attachment, which is used to prepare purees, nut pâtés, fruit sorbets and bar mixes, is again included in the set of this super-model.

Quick disassembly and assembly system

The system for locking the juice set to the motor has been improved: it works with only one button and is detached with one hand, which facilitates the attachment and separation of the drum. Press the button and turn to the right to separate the set.

Anti-drip system

For the first time, a stopper was added to the juice outlet for a horizontal juicer model. The cap is kept open while squeezing the juice, but can be closed when you have finished work to prevent juice from dripping on the desktop when you remove the juice cup or separate the cleaning drum. In addition, it can be kept closed during rinsing so that the drum can be more easily filled with water, which makes cleaning even easier.

Double chute for products

For the product opening, the best ideas from vertical juicers are borrowed and adapted for Sana Supreme. The result is a double chute with a standard hole for hard vegetables and vegetable stalks, plus a deep funnel for easy feeding of smaller products or leafy vegetables.

Premium accessories

Only the best accessories are included in the Sana 727 Supreme kit, so it has partnered with the oldest glass factory in Bohemia to produce a crystal glass that fits perfectly under the juicer. Each glass is handmade in the Novosad and Sin glass factory. With a capacity of 500 ml and engraved with the Sana Supreme logo, this heavy bohemian crystal is beautiful in itself. The cellulose container is made of stainless steel and with a new design that perfectly complements the modern look of the juicer, and the large capacity means less frequent and easier emptying. Stainless steel is ideal for those who like to use their pulp for cakes, crackers and soups.

Multifunctional

In addition to standard juice extraction, with the new Sana 727 juicer you can prepare nut milk, sorbet, ice cream, baby puree, nut paste. With the Sana 727, we again have the option of reversing the direction of rotation of the auger (reverse function), but engineers have now made it automatic. This means that when the machine is overloaded with too hard a product or a huge amount of pulp for disposal, it will move in the opposite direction for 2 seconds, after which it will continue. The automatic reversing protects the motor and facilitates the processing of difficult-to-squeeze products.
Until now, the aim of juicer manufacturers has been to reduce the speed of the press shaft as much as possible in order to achieve real pressing with the least oxidation and foaming of the juice. But this aspiration has led to too slow squeezing of juice from some products, which can be squeezed much faster. At Sana Supreme, we have a revolutionary new solution for auger speed. The engineering solution is made possible by the new engine type and the Sana 727 can now run at 4 different speeds - 40, 65, 90 and 120 rpm. What could be better than having a fast and slow cold-pressing juicer ?!
You can also purchase an optional Sana oil attachment, which turns the Sana Supreme into a cold-pressed oil extractor. Like the Sana 606 and Sana 707 juicers, the new Sana Supreme 727 can use the Sana oil attachment to extract cold-pressed oils, such as fresh linseed oil or pumpkin oil. Make fresh cold pressed butter at home from a variety of seeds! The 727's high-speed motor makes pressing oil even faster and easier.
