Products:
4-5 small zucchini
2 tablespoons olive oil
the juice of one lemon
salt and pepper to taste
2 crushed garlic cloves
3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Cut the zucchini into long pieces, avoiding the seeds. In a bowl, mix olive oil with lemon, crushed garlic, salt, pepper.
Put the zucchini in a pan in which you have previously placed foil for baking.
Using a cooking brush, spread the mixture generously, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until done (about 12-15 minutes).
