This Turmeric, ginger has a very troubled fresh pineapple and banana health and refreshment of the day.

ingredients
2.5 cm piece fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 teaspoon dried turmeric)
2.5 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup unflavored soy or almond milk (can substitute coconut milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
instructions
Put turmeric, ginger, banana and pineapple in a blender and mix until smooth consistency.
Add milk and vanilla and pass a re full and mixing them.
remark
If you replace it with coconut milk, you'll get something that tastes more like pina coladas.
