These cakes are one of those recipes that saved the situation when there is nothing suitable for breakfast or pending hiking or a long trip.

500 ml yogurt low rate
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of brown sugar

25 g butter (or around 30 ml. Olive oil)

Baking soda, salt and sugar are put into yoghurt, rzbarkvat well and leave for 5-10 minutes until the mixture stops noise and increases volume (thus avoiding the smell of baking bread at the ready if no time can not wait).
In a large bowl sifted flour and I add crumbled relatively small crumb of cheese. Add and yogurt. Mix until a sticky dough, taking care not to remain 'nuts' flour. Add and cut into small cubes of zucchini and chopped dill. For lovers of garlic can be added 2-3 skilitki passaged garlic as well in milk before mixing with flour and cheese.
