Necessary products:
500 g einkorn flour, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon teaspoon dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 300 ml of warm water, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
In a large bowl mix the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
Add water and mix with other ingredients.
While the mixture is still lumpy add oil and knead until a smooth elastic dough
The dough is placed in a large container, cover with towel and let rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
The risen dough is placed on a floured surface and is kneaded again for a few minutes.
Shape the bread and place in a baking tin, greased with oil beforehand.
Cover with a cloth and leave to rise again for about 25 minutes in a warm place.
Bake in preheated oven 35/40 minutes.
