spaghetti - 1/2 kg
bacon - 100 g
garlic - 2 cloves
olive oil - 100 ml.
For the sauce:
eggs - 4
Parmesan - 1 tbsp.
Preparation
Boil the spaghetti (1/2 kg) according to the instructions on the package. Then they are drained and must be washed.
The bacon cut into small pieces (100 g) is fried for a few minutes in some olive oil. Finely crushed garlic (2 cloves) is added, then the pasta. Wait 3-4 minutes to reheat.
A little salt and pepper is added to the homogeneous mixture of eggs (4 pcs.), olive oil (100 ml.) and cheese (1 tbsp.). Pour the mixture over the fried pasta and bacon, stir and remove from the heat before the eggs harden. Let it sit for a few minutes.
