ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 cup Mango, frozen
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk, unsweetened
1 Stevia
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 coconut, unsweetened
3 ice cubes
instructions:
Place the almond milk, ice cubes, banana, mango, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger in a blender and mixed to complete a smooth mixture for about 30 seconds. Add seeds of chia again and blended for another 15 seconds until the mixture was homogeneous.
Try smoothies and add stevia and coconut as desired.
