Products:
1 medium white cabbage
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sea salt and pepper to taste
A few slices of lemon to arrange (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 230 ° C.
Cut the cabbage into 8 slices. First cut it in half, clean it and cut each half into 4 equal crescents. Arrange the slices in a non-stick pan (or on baking paper), leaving a small space between them.
Mix olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Using a brush, apply the mixture to each side of the slices. Add salt and pepper.
Bake for about 15 minutes, then turn the pieces over and bake for another 15 minutes until they acquire a nice brown tan.
Serve the cabbage warm with a slice of lemon for extra flavor.
