Quinoa is a plant that is known from ancient Incas and was called - the queen of cereals. It does not contain gluten, which makes it very suitable food for adolescents and patients with celiac resistance.
Quinoa salad and fresh vegetables
Ingredients for 2 servings:
100g raw quinoa seeds (1 cup)
100g fresh spinach
1 red bell pepper
1 avocado
1/2 head red onion
100 g beetroot
1-2 carrots
olives
Cherry tomatoes
For the sauce:
salt 1 tsp honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamico

Seeds are washed and boiled in 2 cups water for 12-15 minutes, allowed to cool under the hood.
