INGREDIENTS:
240 g. pasta
450 g. Broccoli
50 grams. smoked salmon
2 anchovy fillets in oil
Olive eye
Salt of an eye
PROCEDURE:
Clean the broccoli, cut into florets and leaves. Wash them and leave them for a few minutes in a bowl with water and baking soda and then rinse.
Put a pot of water on the stove for the pasta to boil water.
Meanwhile, in a deep frying pan put a little olive oil and add chopped anchovy strips, sliced salmon and drain the broccoli, add salt and mix well to slight browning / suffocation and mixing of products.
In the already boiled water cook pasta for the time necessary according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Once the pasta is cooked in January drain and transfer to a pan with broccoli, anchovies and salmon and mix light to blend flavors.
Serve the pasta with broccoli and salmon on flat plates.
