Products:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
3 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup quinoa flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
10-12 well-ripened figs
Preparation:
In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the honey and oil. Add the dry ingredients to them.
You should get a smooth dough. Pour it into a cake tin with a non-stick coating or put baking paper in the tray beforehand.
Then arrange the cut figs in half and sprinkle lightly with honey.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. When the cake is baked, sprinkle it with honey again.
Wait for it to cool well and then remove it from the baking tin.
If desired, instead of honey you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
