Products:
4 slices of bread, you can also use panettone
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp sugar
butter
200 g mascarpone
Preparation:
Beat the eggs, milk and sugar in a bowl.
In a well-heated pan, melt a small lump of butter.
Dip each slice well into the egg mixture.
Fry the slices until golden. Put them on a plate.
Add mascarpone, to which you can add a little powdered sugar and vanilla in advance or not to taste it.
Put some mascarpone, honey or jam, and you can serve them with mascarpone and liquid chocolate, fresh fruit.
