A food of very ancient origin, Gnocchi are small pieces of dough with a rounded shape and usually obtained from a mixture of flour (semolina, wheat or rice) with potatoes, dry bread, tubers or vegetables. Nocchi are unique, both in taste and in tradition, a culinary specialty that has been spreading since 1880, when potatoes were imported to Europe from America. Granoro potato gnocchi are made from potato flakes (80%), mixed with soft wheat flour and water, pasteurized and packaged in a protected atmosphere.
