The oil is sterilized by ultra-fine filtration through filters with a permeability of 0.3 µm and bottled immediately thereafter. The production cycle from seed crushing to bottling is carried out in small batches within one working day. This ensures the shortest exposure to atmospheric oxygen and minimal oxidation of the product. All processes take place in a room with limited access to sunlight and controlled humidity.
