260 g Organic Meligiano (eggplant and pepper paste)
Meligiano is a Balkan specialty, very popular in neighboring Macedonia. The basis of meligiano are roasted aubergines and green peppers, adding various spices. Each national cuisine has its own interpretation of meligiano, and in the recipe of Greenfood, in addition to roasted aubergines and peppers, mustard, garlic, cold-pressed sunflower oil and walnuts are added.
Meligano of Greenfood goes well with a slice of fresh bread, as an addition to a salad or just a dip to crackers, baked potatoes and other delicacies.
