Double concentrated gluten-free soy sauce made from whole soybeans, naturally fermented and aged in cedar barrels for more than two summers. Using twice as many beans per bottle (compared to regular soy sauces) gives a smoother and more balanced taste. The sauce is created according to a 500-year-old recipe, which uses traditional processes and equipment passed down from generation to generation. The product is named in honor of the Jaemon family, who have been producers since 1871.
Directions for use: a few drops of this rich, spicy seasoning are enough to season soups, sauces, salads, grains and vegetables. Use at the end of cooking to preserve the delicate taste of the sauce.
