Ingredients: coconut sugar*, rice flour*, cassava flour*, gluten-free oat flour*, chia protein*, Ceylon cinnamon powder*, baking powder* (corn starch*, acidity regulator: tartaric acid, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), ginger powder* (0.6%), bourbon vanilla powder*, cardamom powder*, salt, clove powder*.

Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 185°C (165°C for fan oven). Prepare a tray with
baking paper.
2. Pour the cookie mix into a bowl and add 55 ml of oil or melted butter and 105 ml of water, milk or plant-based drink.
3. Mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut out the desired shapes.
4. Bake at 185° C (165° C for fan oven) for 10-12 minutes.
