Coconut oil without aroma has a high combustion point which makes it a suitable alternative to the fats used for cooking, baking and frying.
Since the oil is stable when subjected to high temperatures, its useful fats are retained during the preparation of the selected dishes. After refining, the oil remains fragrant, allowing its wide use in the kitchen.

Coconut oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the coconut - nut coconut. In the tropics, this is the main fat that goes into the menu of millions of people every day. Most often it is obtained by hot pressing of the dried coconut interior, and less often by the cold pressing method. This method of cold pressing is more gentle, which allows to preserve all the useful properties of the oil.
Although not as good as the cold pressed (Virgin), which is totally raw coconut oil, it still has the same beneficial medium chain fatty acids. It is very close to its nutritional value to cold-pressed coconut oil. Its usefulness depends on the extraction method. Organically deodorized oil does not use chemicals, which contributes to its maximum health benefit.
