Organic coconut cream is made from the flesh of the coconut, a piece of which is dried and then milled to form a smooth, creamy mass. Our coconut cream comes to you from organic farms in Sri Lanka and contains no hydrogenated fats, artificial flavors and preservatives.

Recommended use:
Coconut cream can be added to different types of dough instead of fat, giving the baking aroma of fresh coconut. Suitable as an additive to shakes, fruit juices or cocoa as a substitute for dairy cream.

Coconut cream can easily be made coconut milk, 50g of it were dissolved in 100ml hot water.

In fact, coconut cream is so delicious that many people just eat it with a spoon straight from the jar!
