The humus (from Latin humus - finger) is a kind of whitish oily clay, widely used as a cosmetic and hygienic remedy.

Humama is made up of many ready-made cosmetics for skin and hair, but is also sold separately (fine powder) for home preparation. It is usually mixed with water, yoghurt, yolk, honey, lemon or lemon juice. Masks with humus are especially recommended for oily or wrinkled skin, and greasy hair adds luster and volume. Humama is a tried and tested remedy for tranquilised skin in babies. It is also used to make hair masks - mixed with olive oil.

Humama is one of the best remedies for internal healing used since ancient times. It absorbs internal poisons, pathogenic microbes and is recognized as a wonderful remedy for edema, boils, tendinitis, varicose veins, colitis, sinusitis, dry, burned, discopathy, insect bites, headaches, backs, inflammations, even tumors. In the stomach and intestines it absorbs the poisons separated from microbes and makes them completely harmless. This property of humus has also been proven by laboratory experiments. The prepared manure should be dry and baked in the sun. It is poured into a wooden mortar or on a wood chipboard with a wooden hammer. Nothing METAL MUST BE ADDED TO IT! The crushed humus is placed in a porcelain, clay or wooden vessel and poured with boiled water. Hold in the sun a few days, then stir with a wooden spoon. If the resulting slurry is very dense, dilute with boiled water.

Directions for use:
In a non-metallic container (glass or porcelain), the water is poured with fresh, unheated water.
To clean the face and neck: apply by rubbing 1-2 times a day for 1-2 minutes.
For hair: 1-2 times a week for 2-3 min.
For mask: 1 time per week for 15-20 min.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
