Here's how to prepare delicious milk chia seeds
Milk from Chia (about 5 cups)
What is necessary ?
4 tablespoons Chia seeds
2 tablespoons raw walnuts
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 cups water
