Guatemala Antigua Black Honey (Medium Roast)
Honey is a process of processing grains with fermentation. After picking, the outer shell is removed from the cherry, leaving the kernels covered only with a gel-like, sweet coating. The coffee is spread on mesh beds and the husk begins to ferment and thicken, becoming sticky like honey - hence the name of the process. This coffee is grown at an altitude of 1250-2000 m.
A rich flavor palette with hints of dried fruit and a lasting aftertaste.
