Instructions for use:
Take 3 Green Energy capsules a day to help your body cope with the challenges of today's world.
Ingredients: Organic alfalfa, Afanisomenon flos-acve, (Algae from Lake Klamath), Hawaii spirulina, Capsule: Emulsifier - gelatin.

Tip: If you feel that you are getting cold or caught flu, take 5 capsules at a time and then every 2 hours two capsules. This will cross the cold. In the next 2-3 days, continue taking 3 times 2 capsules. You can then continue with a prophylactic dose of 3 capsules a day (3 times one capsule).

Use:
For adults - 3 capsules daily.
For children over 7 years - 3 capsules daily.
For children over 1 year - 2-3 capsules daily.
For infants over 6 months - 1-2 capsules per day divided into 3-4 doses dissolved in liquid or added to food.
